The old app has no version listed, whereas the new app will show App Version 9.16 for example. If you have 2 orange Lumosity apps, you can check which one is the correct app by opening the app, tapping More, and then Your Account. Touch and hold the grey Lumosity app icon on the home screen until it starts to jiggle.

Once you launch the app, you should be logged in automatically so long as the original app is installed. Download the new Lumosity app in the App Store. After installing the new app, all your data will sync. There’s no cost to download the new version. Your LPI and percentiles will sync automatically. It’s the only way to get new updates or upgrade to Lumosity Premium. However, because we’ve made extensive changes to the new version, our iPad users will have to download it from the App Store. We've synced all of your game scores and data, so you won’t lose your results. We’ve recently launched a new version of our iPad app!
